What is your turnaround time for results?
We strive to deliver results efficiently:
95% of our test menu is reported the same day or within 24 hours of specimen receipt.
Do you offer STAT testing?
Yes. STAT testing is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM on a limited test menu. Please contact the lab directly to confirm STAT eligibility and coordination.
How are critical results handled?
Critical results are immediately communicated to the ordering provider or their designated contact. We follow CLIA and CAP standards for documentation and escalation to ensure patient safety.
How do I receive test results?
Results are delivered via:
– Secure provider portal
– EMR/LIS integration (when available)
– Fax or secure email
– Patient portal (on request for individual access)
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept most major commercial insurance plans. We also provide transparent self-pay pricing to ensure accessibility and avoid surprise bills.
How do I place an order for testing?

Our lab is located in San Antonio, Texas, and we serve the surrounding region with same-day pickups and STAT testing options.
What if a sample is delayed or rejected?
