Important Notes for Your Appointment
Fasting may be required for certain tests. Please do not eat or drink anything except water for 8-12 hours before your appointment, unless otherwise directed by your provider.
Please have your doctor's order and insurance or demographic information ready.
Mobile phlebotomy may be available upon request. Ask your provider.
